Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Assistant to work in our marketing department. The social media assistant is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts, and analyzing analytics.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective social media strategies.

Scheduling social media posts as per the plan.

Creating material that captures the attention of the intended audience.

Monitoring social media metrics and KPIs regularly.

Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts.

Assisting Copywriters, ensuring the content is interesting and engaging.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with industrial professionals.

Researching new concepts and ideas and proposing them to the team.

Managing social media communication on time.

Attending brainstorming sessions and meeting with clients to discuss their requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Media/Digital Marketing or a related field.

Thorough knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, etc.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.

Analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.

Excellent time management skills.

A creative thinker with an ability to think out of the box.

Prior experience in marketing or social media.
