We are looking for a Trainee Customer Support Engineer to work alongside our current Support Team and learn on the job about our range of high-quality Cyber Security Products and Services.
The Trainee Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Customer Support team in providing an excellent customer service experience to our client’s customers. The trainee will be expected to provide support to customers via our online support platform. The trainee will also be responsible for documenting customer issues and providing feedback to the customer support team. We strive to solve customer queries by providing the best customer experience with the quickest solution.
You must have an inquisitive mind and be quick to learn. You must have the ability to quickly comprehend the content of a customer query or request, and as most of our customers are native English speakers, your English language skills are of paramount importance.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Support Trainee position will be a team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is also essential.
Must be Fluent in English. Both written and spoken.
Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Must be able to write sensible and accurate responses to customer queries.
Must be able to quickly understand a customer’s issue and provide an answer or escalate to the correct department.
Must be able to work on own initiative and unsupervised.
Must be able to work flexible hours to provide cover for both UK and PH customers.
Will be responsible for setting up new orders using the company’s in-house systems.
Will be one of the first-line support operatives for all Bluedog cyber security services.
